When another creature you can see in range performs a non-damaging move that requires one or more targets (possibly including self), you may force that creature to make a CHA save. On failure, you choose the target(s) of the move.

Optional Rules:

This move may also apply to spells. Spells cast at the sixth level or higher cannot be a target of Court Change.
