You attack all creatures in a 30-foot cone with energy from jealousy. All creatures in the area must make a DEX save against your Move DC, taking 1d12 + MOVE fire damage and becoming burned on failure, or on success only taking half the damage.
Creatures who are currently benefiting from an increase to their AC, STR, DEX, CON, INT, WIS, or CHA have disadvantage on the save.
At Higher Levels: The damage dice roll for this move changes to 2d8 at level 5, 2d12 at level 10, and 6d6 at level 17.
