Powder Snow

You send a blast of cold snow at a creature. Make a ranged attack roll on a creature, doing 1d6 + MOVE ice damage on a hit. If the natural attack roll is 18 or higher, the target is frozen.

Em Níveis Maiores: The damage dice roll for this move changes to 1d12 at level 5, 2d8 at level 10, and 4d6 at level 17.

Optional Rules:

Instead of a natural roll of 18 or higher, target makes a CON save against your MOVE DC, becoming frozen on failure.
