You shower a creature with water that's so cold it saps the target's power. Make a ranged attack roll, doing 1d10 + MOVE water damage on a hit. On a hit, the target must succeed a WIS save against your Move DC or have disadvantage on any attack it makes on its next turn.

At Higher Levels: The damage dice roll for this move changes to 2d8 at level 5, 5d4 at level 10, and 4d8 at level 17.
