You attack the target with unpleasant sound waves. The target must make a WIS save against your Move DC. On failure, the target takes 1d12 + MOVE psychic damage, and it can't regain Hit Points until the end of your next turn.

At Higher Levels: The damage dice roll for this move changes to 2d8 at level 5, 2d12 at level 10, and 6d6 at level 17.
