You set off an explosion of sticky candy syrup at a point within range. Each creature within 5ft of that point must make a DEX save against your Move DC, taking 1d10 + MOVE grass damage on failure, half on success. On failure, the creature also falls Prone.
Syrup then covers the ground within 5ft of the target point for the duration. A creature that enters the area or ends its turn there must make a DEX save against your Move DC, falling Prone on failure.
At Higher Levels: The damage dice roll for this move changes to 2d8 at level 5, 5d4 at level 10, and 4d8 at level 17.
