When you are within the effects of a special terrain, you can target any number of creatures subject to the same terrain (up to a maximum range of 120ft). Each target creature makes a WIS save against your Move DC, taking 1d4 + MOVE damage on failure or half on success. The type of damage dealt depends on the type of terrain.

If you are not subject to any special terrain, then the range of this move is Self (30ft radius).
