You overwhelm the target with lightning-like movement before delivering a kick. Make a melee attack against a target, dealing 2d8 + MOVE fighting damage on a hit. On a hit, the target must make a CON save against your Move DC, being knocked prone and knocked back up to 15 ft on failure.
